Learn CPR, First Aid, & Choking

Help to decrease confusion and anxiety by taking ownership of what you can control in those moments of chaos and fear. All of my classes provide hands-on practice and interactive instruction on how to perform CPR for an adult, child, and infant, how to use an AED machine, basic first-aid, and resolution of conscious choking. We work effectively and efficiently to focus on what matters most when every minute counts. I will travel within the DFW metroplex and further if needed, or you are welcome to come to me.

BLS

This classification of training meets the requirements for those who work in the healthcare/medical industry in any capacity.

Heart Saver

This classification meets the requirements for those not working in a healthcare/medical setting. It is designed for the general public. A couple examples of this could be a trainer, a massage therapist, business people, labor workers, etc.

Pediatric Heart Saver

This classification meets the requirements for those in the general population that primarily work with children. Examples of these roles are teachers, day care providers, nannies, camp counselors, etc.

K-12th

This classification is for those students from elementary through high school. It is a cost effective to way to show proof of training, but usually does not satisfy requirements for employment or volunteer positions. Examples are babysitters, scouts, etc.

You will have the options of joining a class, setting up a private class, and forming your own group class.
